Randall Salky is celebrating 25 years representing criminal defendants, divorce and domestic relations clients, and injured parties.

My law firm is located in downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where I have been in practice for the past six years. Prior to moving to Steamboat Springs, I was in private practice in Memphis, Tennessee for nineteen years.  I am married and have two high school -age children.

I represent criminal defendants charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes in Routt, Moffat, and Grand Counties.  I am licensed to practice in all state courts in Colorado and Tennessee, and admitted to practice in the federal courts of Colorado and Tennessee. Representation of criminal defendants is primarily on a flat fee basis for work up to and including trial and appellate work. Twenty-five years of experience in this area of law has given me insight and ability in negotiating and obtaining the best results for my clients.

More than 50% of my law practice consists of representing clients in divorce and domestic relations cases. Work in this area ranges from initiating divorce and post-divorce cases, and guiding clients through the divorce litigation process in an efficient, effective, and economical manner.

For the past 25 years I have represented injured clients in all aspects of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. My most recent injury case resulted in a $100,000.00 policy limits settlement.

I am a trained and experienced mediator and provide mediation services to litigants in the areas of domestic disputes, divorce, relocation cases, business litigation, and personal injury cases. I have participated in over 100 mediation sessions as either a mediator or attorney representing clients in mediation.

I look forward to working with you.
