Criminal Defense

​I represent criminal defendants charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes in Routt, Moffat, and Grand Counties. I am licensed to practice in all state courts in Colorado and Tennessee, and federal courts in Colorado and Tennessee. Representation of criminal defendants is primarily done on a flat fee basis for work up to and including trial and appellate work. Twenty-five years of experience in this area of law has given me insight and ability in negotiating and obtaining the best results for my clients.

 

 

Divorce & Family Law

​More than 50% of my law practice consists of representing clients in divorce and domestic relations cases. Work in this area ranges from initiating divorce and post-divorce cases, and guiding clients through the divorce litigation process in an efficient, effective, and economical manner.

Accident & Injury Law

​For the past 25 years, I have represented injured clients in all aspects of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. My most recent injury case resulted in a $100,000.00 policy limits settlement.
